Tommy Lee Jones is having such a tough time selling his massive horse ranch in Florida, he's dropping the price by a whopping 25 percent.
The San Saba Polo Ranch sits on 55 acres of land with 48 horse stalls, a regulation size polo field (complete with an underground irrigation system) and an exercise track.

The main house is 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms ... pretty modest, but it's surrounded by an awesome lake, waterfall and nature preserve.

Now for the nitty-gritty. TLJ listed the house from 2011-2013 at $26.75 million, but no one bit. Now it's back on the market for a shade under $20 million ... still not too shabby considering he bought it for $2.95 million back in 2002.

Hopefully he'll be able to make the sale soon, otherwise we might be subjected to another "Men in Black" sequel
